The position with the startup company led to a career in sales and sales management within the storage management segment of the computer industry from 1987 until April of 1999. During that time, Bob held management positions with Western Digital, Tecmar and for the last six years with Legato Systems where he was their Director of North American Sales and most recently General Manager of Worldwide Partner Sales Operations.
In 1999, Bob started his own Corporate Training & Development business - Gregoire & Associates, LLC. - that focuses on helping individuals and organizations to develop world-class sales skills that produce personal and financial growth for the individual and incremental sales revenue for companies. Bob was named the Sandler Training's "Rookie Of The Year" in 1999 and reached "Platinum" level sales volume within his first 12 months in business which classifies him as one of the fastest growing Sandler franchisees ever! Much of his practice is dedicated to delivering sales and sales management training and consulting utilizing the selling system and programs developed by Sandler Training- one of the world’s leaders in sales and sales management development.
